Whats Included with our Marketing Kits?
Most Common Questions
Q: How long before we receive our media back?
A: Videos can take up to 48 hours, everything else will be delivered the following morning.
Q: Do we charge a travel fee?
A: Very rarely do we charge a travel fee. If the listing is around 1 1/2 hr away will will add a travel fee.
Q: How will we receive our media?
A: You will receive a completion email with a way to download all your content.
Q: What is included with the photos?
A: We include blue skies, tv glares removed, fires added to fire places and crystal clear skies.
Q: How far out should I scheduled my appointment?
A: We recommend 2 days before the listing goes live. This allows us to get the content back to you and time incase we need to do revisions. We understand sometimes this won't always be the case and thats okay!
Q: How available are you?
A: If you head over to our booking page and fill out the order form at one point a calendar will pop up. This is a live calendar with all the availability within the entire team. If you don't see a time on there, reach out us and we can see where we can fit you in!
Q: What is your pricing?
A: Pricing can be found on our "Price Tab".
Pricing can also be found on the book now tab after you have entered in the address.
Q: How do we price our services?
A: We price our photos by the amount of photos you want, then you can add anything you want. We don't have any packages designed. We want you to have full control of what you order.
Q: Is any of the media stored?
A: All your media is stored within your backend office. You can login with the same email used on the order form. You can also find invoices within your account as well!
Q: Who owns the photos?
A: K & K Productions owns all media that is paid for and delivered, however we give you access you use the content in whatever way you see fit.
